We understand that aging out of foster care can be overwhelming. Without consistent support, many young adults face significant barriers that impact their ability to achieve stability and independence.
SOAR Legacy exists to provide encouragement, guidance, mentorship, resources, and opportunities that help these young adults thrive — recognizing their value, discovering their strengths, and pursuing lives filled with purpose and hope.

Christine Woody
Founder, SOAR Legacy
Christine Woody founded SOAR Legacy with a passion for helping young adults recognize that their past does not determine their future.
Having overcome adversity, instability, and life’s unexpected challenges, Christine understands firsthand the importance of support, guidance, and having someone who believes in your potential.
Through her own journey, she discovered the transformative power of resilience, faith, education, and community. These experiences inspired her to create SOAR Legacy — equipping youth aging out of foster care with the resources, encouragement, and opportunities they need to succeed.
